FAQ
The reference does not appear in the Bluetooth
Check if the Bluetooth of the transmitting device is activated. Delete all references to the devices where it may have been paired and try a new pairing from the beginning.
Headphones don't charge
Make sure you have removed the horizontal plastic strip that separates the charging pins of the charger box and the earphones. Check that the charger box has a minimum charge (a white LED on).
If the LEDs on the headphones do not light up when you place them inside the box, proceed to rub the charging pins with a cloth moistened with alcohol to remove any adhesive residue that may have remained from the separator.
Dual Bluetooth reference or listen only through one earphone
Go to the Bluetooth of the transmitting device and delete the reference “Vieta Pro Squid 3” from the list of connected devices.
Remove the earphones from the box and press the touch buttons on both earphones 5 times in a row (you will hear a beep). If you make a mistake and press 4, 6 or 7 times, the device will not reset correctly. This action will restart the pairing between devices.
Insert the earphones into the box, remove them again and place them in your ears. You will hear “power on”, and after a few seconds “TWS Paired- Pairing Mode” which will indicate that they have connected to each other and you can pair them with your transmitting device (Mobile, Tablet, TV, Computer, etc.).
One of the earphones sounds lower than the other
Remember to perform periodic cleaning maintenance on the sensors and headphone grilles to prevent the audio channel from becoming clogged.
The sensors are not working properly
Wipe the touch screen of the headphones with a cloth moistened with alcohol to remove any grease that accumulates due to finger handling (dust, fluids, creams, etc.).
The volume is low
If you have an Android device, remember to turn the volume up or down while playing a multimedia file (song, video, etc.). You can then adjust it using the buttons on the headset and the transmitting device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
During calls I hear or am heard very quietly
Manually increase the volume using the transmitter (mobile phone, computer, etc.) during a phone call. Pressing the earpiece sensors during the call may cancel or cut off the connection.
Check that on the screen of the transmitting device the audio output is assigned to the Bluetooth device and not to the phone's internal speakers.
Audio quality on computer
We recommend updating your computer’s Bluetooth drivers and always using the “Headphones” audio option which will provide the highest audio quality. Using the “Headphones with Mic” option will activate the microphone but will lower the audio quality.
In Windows operating system, you can modify these options by clicking on the speaker icon located at the bottom right of the taskbar.
The battery of the headphones does not last long
Battery life will depend on usage time, environmental conditions and volume at which it is used. Total charge duration is associated with 50% of the volume.
To extend battery life, fully charge it at least once every 3 months.
