Product prices and availability:

Prices and availability of products on the website www.vieta.es are valid unless stocks are out. Orders will be processed strictly in the order of receipt, date, day and time.

If a requested product is out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately within 48 hours. In those cases where possible, a product with similar features and characteristics will be proposed, or a new delivery time will be offered, or the amount paid in advance will be refunded, if applicable, within a maximum of 48 hours.

Delivery time and deliveries with defects:

The delivery time for each item will depend on its availability. The delivery time also depends on the payment method you select when placing your order.

From that moment on, it will be sent by courier and you will receive it within a period of time that may vary between 24 and 72 hours depending on the place of delivery. In any case, the order must be executed no later than within 30 days from the day after you have made the payment. The delivery period will begin from 4:00 a.m. after placing the order, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

IMPORTANT: You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the product of any damage or breakage of the shipment due to causes caused by transport by email within this period and also to the transport company used for delivery. Outside this period, the insurance broker will not be responsible for any damage caused by the same. Please inspect the product on the same day of delivery to avoid complications in a possible claim.

Taxes:
Prices shown on www.vieta.es are net and include 21% VAT. Sales are only made to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.

Initial operating guarantee (first 7 days):

The product you have purchased in our store www.vieta.es is in perfect working order. If the purchased product has any anomaly or malfunction, you have 7 working days from the day of receipt of the merchandise to request the return and exchange of the same for another one. Only in the case that the product is indeed defective will we make the exchange immediately without any cost to you.

*Our technical department will assess the detected fault and approve the immediate replacement within a maximum of 72 hours. If, on the other hand, the fault is caused by misuse, lack of information on use, poor installation, incorrect use by the customer, the product will be immediately returned, adding a cash on delivery with the costs incurred by transport and an additional charge for the technical service worth 36 euros per hour. IMPORTANT: It is very important that you make an enquiry before making a return to our after-sales service department ( sat@vieta.es ).

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2 years):

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, all products sold by vieta.es to customers or end users benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity requested from our company or from the manufacturer directly and which lasts for two years.

If the product does not comply with the contract, you may choose between demanding the repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate (an option that, compared to the other, imposes costs on VIETA PRO that are not reasonable, taking into account the value that the product would have if there were no lack of conformity, the relevance of the lack of conformity and whether the alternative form of repair could be carried out without major inconvenience to you, will be considered disproportionate).

In the event that the product cannot be repaired and cannot be replaced by another with identical characteristics, you will have the option of requesting a price reduction, a refund or the possibility of replacing the product with a different one (with non-identical characteristics) that you can choose yourself. In the latter case, a purchase voucher will be created for the amount of the price of the product to be replaced, and you can apply the available balance to the new replacement product that you choose, all without prejudice to your right to the aforementioned refund.

This does not include defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorised Technical Service where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

Right of withdrawal or revocation by agreement:

The buyer has 7 working days to revoke the contract without penalty or need to state the reasons provided that the product is in perfect condition, both the product itself and its packaging, accessories, wrapping and other elements. Once the right to withdrawal or revocation has been made and accepted by our after-sales service department, we will refund the sums paid within a maximum period of 72 hours, deducting from the amount the costs derived from transport and costs incurred by the payment method, if applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The customer must return the returned item(s) at their own expense. Remember to take out comprehensive insurance for the goods sent and insure the full amount of the purchased products. VIETA PRO will not be liable for any damage or breakage resulting from the returned item in the event of withdrawal. *Returns due to withdrawal or revocation at our expense will not be accepted and will be rejected.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

a. Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.

b. Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly.

c. Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings, disks and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately.

d. Wear and tear, are those cases where the user has unsealed the product and used it and due to lack of conformity requests a return or exchange for another product without the same defect. All products initiated and susceptible to initiation by means of software, programming, installation through the use of software, or initiation software updates will be exempt from the right to request withdrawal.

Applicable law:

Purchases made at www.vieta.es are subject to current Spanish regulations and other applicable legislation, with purchases being deemed to have been made at the address of:

In the event of any discrepancy or divergence that may arise regarding the fulfilment or interpretation of the purchase agreement reached, or any of its conditions, the parties agree, in the case of corporate clients, to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, ​​waiving their own jurisdiction if this were different; in the case of consumers, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile. The declaration of nullity of one or more of the established non-essential purchase conditions will not entail the nullity of the purchase agreement reached, which will remain in force.

Refund of the purchase amount:

Only in the event of failure to comply with the delivery times indicated by www.electrooutlet.com will we refund the amount plus the costs incurred. This refund will be made on the same day that the customer requests it. We will also refund the purchase money in the event that the reference or brand of the product requested does not correspond.

In cases involving withdrawal or revocation, the sums paid will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.

In the case of a defective product, a refund will be issued if the repair and/or replacement of the product has been previously chosen and it is still defective.

In other cases of product exchange for any other reason, we will issue a purchase voucher for a valid period of 1 year.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing the order. Send an email to pedidos@vieta.es with your cancellation request in writing and indicating the order number. Considering that deliveries are made within 24 hours, it is important to cancel the order on the same day and within 4 hours of placing the order in order to avoid cancelled shipments due to their cost and expenses.

If your order has been cancelled within the established period on the same day within 4 hours of requesting the order and paid by credit card or transfer, we will resolve the refund of the amount of your purchase immediately on the same day, without any penalty.

If you cancel an order after the established deadline and if the product has been shipped, we must request a refund from the carrier and wait for its return to the warehouse before refunding the amount of your purchase, deducting the shipping costs, if applicable.

We will deal with all cases that arise for any reason or lack of understanding between consumer and seller with good judgment, and any complication in the commercial transaction will be resolved with common sense and understanding.
