The reference does not appear in Bluetooth
Check if the Bluetooth of the transmitting device is activated. Delete all references to the devices where it may have been paired and try a new pairing from the beginning.
If you cannot find the device name, it is because the speaker is connected to another device or because it has the TWS device search mode activated (Z button).
If you notice the Z button is blinking intermittently, press it once and it will stop blinking, allowing it to become discoverable again to connect to any broadcasting device.
The device does not turn on
You will not be able to turn on the device for use if it has no battery. Please charge it for at least 30 minutes before unplugging it from the power supply and retrying the power-on process.
Press and hold the power button “ O ” for a few seconds until the rear LEDs light up white and you hear the boot sound (Power On - Bluetooth mode- Pairing mode).
Modify the volume of the speaker announcement
The sound is set to a default volume and cannot be changed or deleted.
I can't change the language of the device
You can only switch the device language between English or Spanish. This action can only be performed when the speaker is not connected to any transmitting device or through the app.
I can't pair with other speakers
The device can only be paired with the same model Vieta Pro Goody 4/ VM-BS48 or with the Vieta Pro Upper 4/ VM-BS58 model.
To make the connection you must first connect a speaker to the transmitter and then connect the other speakers using the True Wireless (TWS) method.
I can't configure/equalize the speaker with the app
Please verify that the downloaded application is Vieta Pro Audio because there are currently other brand applications specific to other types of products.
You must activate the GPS on your device to be able to configure the application and select the device to which it is connected via Bluetooth. You must have previously made the connection between the transmitter and the speaker before entering the application.
I can't locate my device
If you use the speaker with the app and have GPS enabled, it will tell you the last address where the speaker was used. The device does not have a built-in GPS so if it is lost it cannot be located remotely.
I can't locate the speaker using the play sound when lost option (Alert)
This option will only work if the speaker is nearby and connected to the transmitting device via Bluetooth.
The speaker turns off by itself
If the device is not connected to a transmitting device or is not in use, due to battery saving settings, it will automatically turn off after a few minutes.
If the device turns off during playback, turn it on and hold the pause button “ <-> “for a few seconds in Bluetooth mode until you hear a voice message. Delete the Bluetooth reference from your transmitter and reconnect to the speaker as if it were a new device.
The volume is low
If you have an Android device, remember to turn the volume up or down while playing a multimedia file (song, video, etc.). You then have to adjust it using the buttons on the speaker and the transmitting device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
The speaker battery doesn't last long
Battery life will depend on usage time, environmental conditions, lighting and volume at which it is used. Total charge duration is associated with 50% of the volume.
To prolong battery life, fully charge it at least once every 3 months
