FAQ
The microphones won't charge
Check that you have removed the plastic film covering the charging pins on the bottom of the microphones.
If you have already removed it, or have not cleaned them for a while, wipe the pins with a cloth dampened with alcohol.
I can't connect the microphones to the transmitter
Check that the receiver is properly connected to the device and that its LED is flashing blue.
Make sure the microphones' batteries are fully charged.
If your phone or tablet does not recognise the receiver or the microphones, enable the OTG option in the device settings.
I can't connect the microphones via Bluetooth
This is not possible. The microphones only connect via the receiver.
I can't find the app to configure the microphones
This product does not need an app and has no compatible app.
The transmission cuts out
The microphones have a range of approximately 20 metres in a straight line, with no obstacles.
Dropouts may be caused by interference from other electronic devices, metal objects, too much distance between the microphone and the receiver, physical obstacles or low battery.
Can I use just one microphone?
Yes. You can use a single microphone on its own and switch between the two whenever you need to.
