The microphones do not charge
Check if you have removed the plastics that are on the bottom of the microphones covering the charging pins.
If you have removed them or have not cleaned them for a while, proceed to rub the pins with a cloth moistened with alcohol.
I can't connect the microphones to the transmitter
Check that the plug is correctly inserted and that the LED is active and flashing blue.
Make sure you have the battery fully charged.
If your transmitting device (mobile phone or tablet) does not recognize the plug or the connection between the microphones, you must activate the OTG option within the internal settings.
I can't connect the microphones via Bluetooth
It is not possible to connect them via Bluetooth. Connection is only possible via the plug.
I can't find the app to configure the microphones
This product does not have a compatible application.
Transmission is cut off
The device has an approximate range radius of 20 meters in a linear manner.
