FAQ
The reference does not appear in Bluetooth
Check if the Bluetooth on the transmitter is activated. Delete all references to the devices where it may have been paired and try to pair again from the beginning. If this does not work, hold the “Mode” button down for a few seconds and try to connect to your transmitter again from the beginning.
This speaker can only be paired with one transmitter. If it is paired with another device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) it will not be recognized by new devices.
FM RADIO does not work
Turn on and press the “MODE” button which toggles between modes (Line, FM Radio Mode and Bluetooth).
Set to “FM Radio Mode” and press the “►II/ TWS” button once. The stations will start to be stored in the device.
The device does not turn on:
You will not be able to turn on the device for use if it has no battery. Please charge it for at least 30 minutes before unplugging it from the power supply and retrying the power-on process.
Press and hold the “Power” button for a few seconds until the button LEDs light up and you hear “Bluetooth mode”.
Does not recognize USB memory
The storage capacity of the memory must not exceed 32GB. The USB must be formatted on a computer in FAT32.
The different songs must be saved in “.mp3” format, they must not have very long titles or contain symbols.
Modify the volume of the speaker announcement
The sound is set to a default volume and cannot be changed or deleted.
Function of the “PRT” button
Assign one or more songs to repeat in a loop or sequential mode. Only works if playing multimedia content from a USB or MicroSD.
Change folders on USB
Press the “I◄◄” or “►►I” buttons for two seconds and an “F” will appear on the front display with the folder number you have selected.
Connection between two speakers
Pairing is only possible with the same VM-HW300BK model. Turn on both speakers and press the TWS button once on only one of them.
The word “SLAV” will appear on the display and the device will be linked to the other speaker. Turn on the Bluetooth of the transmitter, find the associated reference and link.
The volume is low
If you have an Android device, remember to turn the volume up or down while playing a multimedia file (song, video, etc.). You then have to adjust it using the buttons on the speaker and the transmitting device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
The speaker battery doesn't last long
Battery life will depend on usage time, environmental conditions, lighting and volume at which it is used. Total charge duration is associated with 50% of the volume without the use of lights.
If the “Power” button is lit red, the device is in standby mode and is still consuming battery power. The correct procedure to turn it off is to turn the speaker back on and then hold down the “Power” button for a few seconds until all the LEDs turn off.
To extend battery life, fully charge it at least once every 3 months.
