FAQ
The reference does not appear in Bluetooth
Check if the Bluetooth of the transmitting device is activated. Delete all references to the devices where it may have been paired and try a new pairing from the beginning.
The device does not turn on:
You will not be able to turn on the device for use in Bluetooth mode if there is a cable connected to the headset or the battery is dead. Remove any inserted cables and proceed to turn on the device.
I can't connect to other transmitting devices simultaneously
To make a simultaneous connection between two or more transmitting devices and the headphones you must:
Connect to a first transmitting device via Bluetooth.
Temporarily turn off Bluetooth or disconnect from the device to which it is connected ( DO NOT delete the reference with the name “Vieta Pro KIDS 2 ”).
Pair with the new device.
Reactivate Bluetooth on the first device to which it was initially connected.
In Bluetooth go to available or saved devices and force the connection by pressing once on the name “Vieta Pro KIDS 2”.
You will hear “Connected” and can use both simultaneously.
If both devices are playing media simultaneously, you must manually pause one of them and wait a few seconds to start hearing audio from the other streamer.
Example: While you are watching a movie on your laptop you can pause and answer a call using another device such as a mobile phone.
FM RADIO mode does not work
Enter the “FM Radio Mode” and hold down the “M” button for a few seconds. The automatic search and saving of the stations in the area will begin. To change the station, hold down the volume up or down button for about two seconds.
Does not recognize the MicroSD
The storage capacity of the card must not exceed 32GB. Make sure that it is fully inserted into the port of the headset before using it. To remove it, press the card slightly into the port and it will automatically pop out. The different songs must be saved in “.mp3” format, and they must not be very long titles or with symbols.
The volume is low
If you have an Android device, remember to turn the volume up or down while playing a multimedia file (song, video, etc.). You can then adjust it using the buttons on the headset and the transmitting device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
During calls I hear or am heard very quietly
Manually increase the volume using the transmitter (mobile phone, computer, etc.) during a phone call. Pressing the headset buttons during the call may cancel or cut off the connection.
Check that on the screen of the transmitting device the audio output is assigned to the Bluetooth device and not to the phone's internal speakers.
The battery of the headphones does not last long
Battery life will depend on usage time, environmental conditions and volume at which it is used. Total charge duration is associated with 50% of the volume.
To extend battery life, fully charge it at least once every 3 months.
