FAQ
The reference does not appear in Bluetooth
Check if the Bluetooth of the transmitting device is activated. Delete all references to the devices where it may have been paired and try a new pairing from the beginning.
I can't connect to other transmitting devices simultaneously
Temporarily turn off Bluetooth or disconnect from the device you are connected to (DO NOT delete the reference to the name “Vieta Pro Mute 2”).
Pair with the new device.
Reactivate Bluetooth on the first device to which it was initially connected.
In Bluetooth go to available or saved devices and force the connection by pressing once on the name “Vieta Pro Mute 2”.
You will hear “Device Paired” and can use both devices simultaneously whenever you start playing media on one of them.
If both are playing media, one of them will pause and give way to the other's playback almost immediately.
Example: While you are watching a movie on your laptop you can pause and answer a call using another device such as a mobile phone.
Headphones don't charge
Remove the protective plastic covering the charging pins vertically.
Check if the LEDs on both earphones briefly flash blue when you open the charging box. Proceed to clean/rub the earphone contact pins with a cloth moistened with alcohol.
To clean the inside of the charger box, use a cotton swab moistened with alcohol.
Double reference or duplicate reference
If you hear audio only through one earpiece, proceed to remove the “Vieta Pro Mute 2” reference, turn off the transmitter’s Bluetooth and restart.
RESET PROCEDURE:
Open the lid and check that both earphones briefly light up with blue LEDs.
With the box open you must press the button located at the bottom of the charger box continuously for approximately 10 seconds.
The LED on the charging box will briefly light up in light blue, while the LEDs on the headphones will flash red 4 times and blue once simultaneously.
Once the headphones are paired, turn on the Bluetooth of the transmitting device and link.
One of the earphones sounds lower than the other
Remember to perform regular monthly cleaning maintenance on your headphones to prevent clogging.
The sensors are not working properly
Rub the touch screen of the headphones with a cloth moistened with alcohol to remove the grease that accumulates due to hand handling (dust, fluids, creams, etc.) and that affects the proper functioning of the sensor.
The volume is low
If you have an Android device, remember to turn the volume up or down while playing a multimedia file (song, video, etc.). You can then adjust it using the touch sensors on the headset and the transmitting device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
Audio problems during calls
Manually increase the volume using the transmitter (mobile phone, computer, etc.) during a phone call, as pressing the sensors on the headphones may cancel or hang up the call.
Check that on the screen of the transmitting device the audio output is assigned to the Bluetooth device and not to the phone's internal speakers.
The battery of the headphones does not last long
Battery life will depend on usage time, environmental conditions and volume at which it is used. Total charge duration is associated with 50% of the volume.
To extend battery life, fully charge it at least once every 3 months.
