What devices is it compatible with?
The headphones are compatible with any transmitting device that has a 3.5mm jack output connector such as mobile phones, tablets, video game consoles and computers, etc.
How do I connect the device?
Plug the USB Type-C end of the cable into the headset and the 3.5mm Jack end into the corresponding port on the transmitting device.
Can they be used via bluetooth?
No, this model can only connect to another device using the included cable.
They do not connect to the transmitting device
Verify that the cable plug is fully inserted into the port on the transmitting device and that the device is correctly configured if necessary.
No audio or microphone is heard with the computer
To connect to a desktop computer that has two separate audio ports, you must purchase a “Y” adapter (not included) from 1 female port to 2 male ports.
Connect the end of the cable to the female port and the two male ports to the audio output and microphone input ports on your computer. Remember to check the settings on your device, as depending on the operating system this may not always be done automatically.
Interference is heard
Turn the plug of the cable that is connected to the transmitter located inside the port in case there is a connection problem
Does it come with a microphone included?
Yes, this model features a removable microphone that you can attach or remove when needed. The headset has a slider button to activate or deactivate the microphone when it is connected to the corresponding port.
How to change the volume of the headset
On the back of the left head there is a potentiometer with which you can modify the volume of the device. If you still hear very low volume, it is due to the configuration of the transmitting device and it is recommended to increase the volume from its internal options.
