FAQ
The reference does not appear in Bluetooth
Check if the Bluetooth of the transmitting device is activated. Delete all references to the devices where it may have been paired and try a new pairing from the beginning.
If the problem does not resolve, proceed to perform a RESET.
RESET / Reset the headset to factory settings
Possible from the app or headset.
Application: On the main screen, press the 3 dots at the top right of the screen and select the “Factory data reset” option. The headset will disconnect from the Bluetooth of the transmitting device. The equalization and button programming will return to their original values.
Headset: Press and hold the “+” and “-“ buttons for 7 seconds until you hear a tone and retry the connection on the sending device as if connecting to a new headset that will appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
If this option does not solve the problem, delete the reference in the Bluetooth of the device where it is linked and perform a new link.
The device does not turn on
You will not be able to turn on the device for use in Bluetooth mode if there is a cable connected to the headset or the battery is dead. Remove any inserted cables and proceed to turn on the device again.
If not, press and hold the “►II” button for a few seconds until the headset turns on.
If the LED turns green, it is because you have pressed the wrong button. You have mistakenly pressed the “o” button, which is not the one to turn on the headset. This activates the noise cancellation mode, even if the headset is off, which will cause unwanted battery consumption.
I can't connect to other transmitting devices simultaneously
To make a simultaneous connection between two or more devices you must:
- Connect to a first transmitting device via Bluetooth.
- Temporarily turn off Bluetooth or disconnect from the device to which it is connected ( DO NOT delete the reference with the name “Vieta Pro Silence 3 ”).
- Pair or link with the new device.
- Reactivate Bluetooth on the first device to which it was initially connected.
- In Bluetooth go to available or saved devices and force the connection by pressing once on the name “Vieta Pro Silence 3”.
- You will hear “Connected” and you can use both simultaneously.
If both are playing media, one of them will pause and give way to the other's playback almost immediately.
If you cannot solve the problem, proceed to perform a RESET.
The volume is low
If you have an Android device, remember to turn the volume up or down while playing a multimedia file (song, video, etc.). You can then adjust it using the buttons on the headset and the transmitting device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
Audio quality on computer
We recommend updating your computer’s Bluetooth drivers and always using the “Headphones” audio option which will provide the highest audio quality. Using the “Headphones with Mic” option will activate the microphone but will lower the audio quality.
In Windows operating system, you can modify these options by clicking on the headphone icon located at the bottom right of the taskbar.
During calls I hear or am heard very quietly
Manually increase the volume using the transmitter (mobile phone, computer, etc.) during a phone call. Pressing the headset buttons during the call may cancel or cut off the connection.
Check that on the screen of the transmitting device the audio output is assigned to the Bluetooth device and not to the phone's internal speakers.
I can't set up/equalize the headset with the app
Please verify that the downloaded application is Vieta Pro Audio because there are currently other brand applications specific to other types of products.
Activate the GPS on your device to configure the application and select the device to which it is connected via Bluetooth.
You must have previously made the connection between the transmitter and the headset before entering the application.
I can't change the language of the device
To change the language to English/Spanish, press the “ ►II ” button twice.
This action can only be performed when the headset is not connected to any transmitting device or via the app.
I can't locate my device
If you use the headset with the app and have GPS enabled, it will tell you the last location where it was used. The device does not have a built-in GPS so if it is lost it cannot be located remotely.
I can't locate my headset using the Play Sound When Lost (Alert) option
This option will only work if the headset is nearby, turned on and connected to the transmitting device via Bluetooth.
The battery of the headphones does not last long
Battery life will depend on usage time, environmental conditions and volume at which it is used. Total charge duration is associated with 50% of the volume.
To extend battery life, fully charge it at least once every 3 months.
