FAQ
Can I use two microphones on the same frequency?
No. The signals block each other and neither can be heard. Only one transmitter can be used per speaker.
The device won't turn on
Check that you have charged the transmitter’s battery and inserted the two AA batteries into the microphone. Connect the transmitter to the speaker and slide the power switch on the side.
How do I insert the batteries into the microphone?
Unscrew the microphone at the middle, just below the power button.
The sound is not clear
Sing or speak into the top of the microphone, not the sides. Always stand behind the speaker to stop the sound bouncing between the microphone and the speaker, which causes echo or feedback.
Are they compatible with all speakers?
They are compatible with any speaker that has a 6.3 mm jack input.
Can the microphones be used without the transmitter or via Bluetooth?
No, this is not possible.
Can I buy just the transmitter or the microphone if one is faulty or lost?
Yes. You can buy a new unit and use it with the one you still have. Contact our after-sales department: info@vieta.es.
