Can I use two microphones on the same frequency?
This is not possible because the signals end up blocking each other and neither of the two units can be heard. It is only possible to use one transmitter per speaker.
The device does not turn on
Check that you have charged the transmitter battery and placed the two “AA” batteries in both microphones. Insert the transmitter and proceed to slide the side power button
How to place the batteries in the microphone?
Unscrew the microphone from the center, below the power button.
It doesn't sound good
You should sing or speak into the top of the microphone head and not the sides. Always position the microphone at the back of the speaker so that the audio waves do not recirculate between the two devices and you do not hear echo or unpleasant noises.
Are they compatible with all speakers?
They are compatible with any speaker that has a 6.5mm Jack port.
Can the microphones be used without the transmitter or via Bluetooth?
It is not possible.
Is it possible to buy just the adapter or a microphone in case of breakdown or loss?
